We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing installation team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in HVAC by working hands-on alongside experienced Lead Installers and learning the trade the right way.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Installers with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Support the installation of air conditioning, heating, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Help with job site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
• Perform basic tasks such as running line sets, setting equipment, sealing ductwork, and installing accessories under supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Provide professional, courteous interaction with customers while on-site
• Work in single-family homes, multi-family properties, new construction, and light commercial environments
• Complete required job-related documentation as directed by the Lead Installer or management
• Take direction well and actively learn installation best practices and company standards

Qualifications:

• Prior HVAC installation experience is a plus, but not required 
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the past 5 years)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
