Customer Service Representative

We’re a well-established, locally owned HVAC company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working with a supportive team, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Enter service calls in Service Titan operating system
Answer customer calls with professionalism
Register HVAC equipment and update internal records
Handle invoicing and maintain customer account information
Provide administrative support across multiple departments
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Bring:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
Service Titan and HVAC experience a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
