Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Wilmington, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
- Support payroll processing and job costing
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing issues
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
- Familiarity with accounting software (Sage Intacct, Ramp, Service Titan)
- ADP payroll experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
