We are seeking a knowledgeable, hard-working, and dedicated Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate systems, create load calculations, give estimates and collect all information to help crews install the proper system for our customer's needs. The ideal candidate has experience and is comfortable working independently with little supervision.

We are also open to training an experienced installer who has service/maintenance experience and is ready to grow into this role.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Flexible schedule

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of HVAC service/maintenance experience (preferred, not required)

  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license (required if driving a company vehicle)
Responsibilities 
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell HVAC products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in Service Titan.
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Airmax's overall market opportunity.
